Eight Weeks! Eight weeks was the time I had to create a short documentary for my Documentary Production course. Talk about pressure! I had tons of ideas for different subjects that I wanted to document. One after one they all became narratives I would not be able to approach, due to time constraints or unwillingness to take part in a documentary. 

 

Then a ray light shined on me. I was speaking with a friend, and he had mentioned to me that his father recently transferred an old stand-up open mic performance he had done over two decades ago onto a DVD. We spoke about him making a comeback to comedy, and that's when I thought, this was it! Luckily enough my friend, Joe Arias, was open in documenting his return to the stage.
